Sometimes God’s plan unfolds in the most unexpected ways. The person destined to walk beside you for a lifetime might be someone close to you all along.

Tyka and Ibrahim once shared the same alma mater at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. Tyka was an Accounting student and the Class President of 2011, while Ibrahim studied Management and active in the student council (BEM). Although they were in the same faculty, their paths rarely crossed, their worlds simply felt different.

In 2013, the annual FEUI Cup brought them a little closer. Tyka was the Secretary, and Ibrahim was the Treasurer, they often worked together as part of the Board Committee. It was simply friendship, nothing more, nothing less. After graduation, life took them on separate journeys. They met occasionally at friends’ weddings or campus events, but life had other plans.

Until one day in 2022, during the pandemic, fate brought them together again. People say the pandemic brings closer those who are meant to be, and that’s what happened.

From then on, they grew closer and began a new chapter together in 2023. They learned more about each other, shared dreams, and built understanding.

Now, with full hearts and deep gratitude, Tyka and Ibrahim are ready to begin their forever.
